Responders First
FOWLA acts as the fiscal sponsor for Responders First, providing the operational safety net for LAFD and LAPD. We manage the charitable funds that accelerate resource delivery.
SCHOOLS
FOWLA has proudly donated over $1.4 million to four elementary schools and $568,000 to two middle schools which has supported additional staff and new resources for students.
PARKS
FOWLA has proudly contributed over $820,000 to three recreational facilities, fostering the growth of new materials, events, programs, and resources for members and park attendees.
LIBRARIES
FOWLA has proudly contributed over $200,000 to two libraries providing new books and materials, a new children’s reading space, and an outdoor community space.
POLICE
FOWLA proudly supports the Los Angeles Police Department donating over $390,000 to the West Los Angeles Community Police Station by renovating their community break room, creating outdoor seating, and providing additional outdoor storage.
FIREFIGHTERS
FOWLA proudly supports the Los Angeles Fire Department, contributing $300,000 to four fire stations in West Los Angeles. Our commitment involves replacing entire kitchens, providing new washers and dryers, and installing mesh wifi router systems.
